For my site evaluation I completed three full H&Ps, 5 drug cards and a journal article summary. I presented two H&Ps to my site evaluator. The journal article summary was related to depression and physical activity. The 5 drugs I researched were Escitalopram, Benzodiazepine, Aripiprazole, Haldol and Risperidone. For my first evaluation the H&P I presented was not as organized. Rather than focusing on the pertinent information and positives, I presented the full H&P. Furthermore, the differential was not described as thoroughly. There was also contradicting information and my HPI was not as clear. For the following evaluation I went through the full H&P multiple times to ensure everything was done appropriately. The last H&P I presented was thorough, detailed and no contradicting information was written. I presented it well, as I focused on the important,  relative information and kept it more organized. My differential diagnosis was inclusive yet broad to ensure a possible diagnosis was not missed. Moving forward, I will continue to implement these techniques.
